David R.
Forrey, Partner, is a graduate of Dickinson College, where he was a
member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity and was a four-year letterman in
lacrosse. Mr. Forrey graduated from the Rutgers University School
of Law and was admitted to the bars of the State of New Jersey and the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Following law school, Mr. Forrey clerked
for the Honorable Joseph Greene, a Superior Court Judge in the Civil
Division, Camden County, New Jersey. David Forrey is a trial attorney
who focuses his practice in business litigation, commercial
transactions, estate planning and administration, and environmental law.
Mr. Forrey has
substantial experience arguing matters before the New Jersey Appellate
Division and the New Jersey Supreme Court. He successfully argued before
the New Jersey Supreme Court the precedent-setting case ofSaltiel v. GSI Consultants, Inc., 170 N.J. 297 (2002),
where the Supreme Court ruled that corporate officers are not
personally liable for any negligent acts that they may perform on behalf
of a corporation.
A long-time resident of Princeton, New Jersey, he is an avid lacrosse
player and he actively participates in local charitable activities and
youth sports.
